Rule 4
Confirmation of digital signature
According to Rule 3, any electronic record or information verified by digital signature is created and confirmed by means of a hash function using a public key. Such electronic record or notice shall be deemed to belong to the originator:-
(a) if such digital signature matches the digital signature created by comparison with the public key of the person who signed the digital signature,
(b) If the hash result obtained by the verifier through the public key and the original hash result obtained from the digital signature attached to the electronic record are the same.
